“ My mom mentioned she was craving Indian food, so I did a quick search and landed on Pink Garlic—and I’m so glad I did. What a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious. I eat a lot of Indian food back home on the East Coast, so I wasn’t sure what to expect near my parents, but Pink Garlic totally delivered. We started with the garlic soup, which I’d never had before—and I’m officially obsessed. We also ordered samosas, which were huge and packed with flavorful veggies, and I introduced my mom to pakoras for the first time. She loved them! The trio of sauces they brought out paired perfectly with the pakoras. For entrees, we had butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, saag paneer, and chana masala. Every single one was excellent. The saag paneer, in particular, was creamier than I’m used to and incredibly comforting. We took home the leftovers, and even my 13-year-old nephew—who had never tried Indian food before—devoured everything. Big win! I don’t usually order dessert at Indian restaurants, but I’ve clearly been missing out. The rice pudding came with a mango drizzle that took it to another level, and the rasmalai (which I’d never tried before) was so good, I’ll be looking for it when I get back home. Spice levels were perfect, the service was friendly, and the whole meal was a total standout. We’ll definitely be back—and Pink Garlic is now officially on my must-visit list whenever I’m in town. ”
